At Dogs For The Earth, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
